Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices such as gentle stretches, postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience a lifetime of health and happiness.
Are there different types of yoga?

These classes are open to all levels of experience.
Open Yoga is a more vigorous class and adds some challenging asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques). Stretches are held longer, and Vinyasa (a flow of postures) will also be incorporated.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
